专利说明:

15 20 25 30 It is very important that the magazines occupy a predetermined position with high accuracy in relation to the printing equipment. For this purpose, guide rails are arranged fixed to the floor in the printing plant, where the guide rails are arranged to guide the outside of the forks of the forklift trucks so that when a magazine is to be delivered this takes place in the correct position and so that the forks end up in said channels in the magazine. a magazine. When delivering a magazine, the guide rails guide towards the outside of the said channels of the magazine.
The magazines are packed next to each other so that a guide rail placed between two adjacent racks is used to guide one magazine into a fork, the right fork, and another fork, the left one, for the other magazine.
The guide rails are made with a U-shaped cross section, where the bottom of the U is fixed to the floor. The vertical sides of the guide rails against which the outer sides of the channels slide when a magazine is to be delivered, or the outer sides of the forks slide when a magazine is to be picked up, are subjected to hard wear, so these must be replaced at certain time intervals. Replacing guide rails is costly and can lead to downtime in the printing plant. Therefore, a desire is to minimize the need to change guide rails.
The present invention meets this need.
The present invention thus relates to a device for guiding truck forks in a magazine for intermediate storage of printed newspapers, which magazine is insertable and removable from a stand stationary placed on the floor in a printing house by means of a forklift truck, where guide rails are fixedly arranged relative to the stand to control the forks of the forklift truck hz docwork ansökstcxt.docx, 2010-0240 100023EN 10 15 20 25 30 forks relative to the stand, when these move relative to the rack and when picking up a magazine guide the forks into channels in the magazine, which guide rails have vertical longitudinal sides and is characterized in that on one or both mentioned sides wheels or rollers are arranged around their respective vertical axes, which axle is arranged at the guide rail and in that the respective axes of the wheels are so positioned that only a part of the periphery of the wheels protrudes from the vertical longitudinal side of the guide rail.
The present invention is described in more detail below, partly in connection with an exemplary embodiment of the invention shown in the accompanying drawing, in which - figure 1 shows a principle sketch of a device where the invention is applied, in a horizontal view - figure 2 shows a part of the device according to figure 1 - from and on a larger scale - figure 3 shows a cross section along the line AA in figure 2 - figure 4 shows an embodiment according to the invention of the device shown in figure 2.
Figure 1 shows a device for guiding truck forks in magazines for intermediate storage of printed newspapers. Figure 1 shows two magazines 1, 2 standing next to each other.
Each magazine is insertable and removable from a rack 3, 4; 4, 5 stationary placed on the floor 7 in a printing plant by means of a forklift. In figure 1, one frame is represented by two pillars 3, 4 and the other by the pillars 4, 5.
Guide rails 8, 9 are fixedly arranged relative to the frame for guiding the forks of the forklift truck relative to the frame.
The guide rails project a distance from the stand out of the paper in the upper part of figure 1. Figure 1 shows down to two guide rails 8, 9 seen from above. Two guide rails are arranged for each stand hz docwork ansökstcxt.docx, 2010-0240 100023EN 10 15 20 25 30. The guide rails 8, 9 are arranged to guide the forks of the forklift truck, when they move relative to the frame, into channels 10, 11, belonging to the magazine 1, which channels are only shown on the frame 3, 4 left in figure 1.
The guide rails 8, 9 have vertical longitudinal sides 12 -15.
Figure 2 illustrates a conventional guide rail 8 with a surface 13, against which the fork 27 of a forklift truck is intended to run and be steered.
According to the invention, wheels or rollers are arranged around each vertical axis at one or both of the said longitudinal sides 12, 13:14, 15, which axis is arranged at the guide rail. Wheels 16 - 18 are intended to receive the fork 27, 28 of a forklift truck so that the fork slides against the wheels 16 - 19; 21 - 24. Furthermore, the wheels are 16 - 18; 21 - 24 axles positioned so that only a part of the periphery of the wheels protrudes from the vertical longitudinal side of the guide rail, see figure 4.
According to a preferred embodiment, the free end of the guide rail 8, 9, at which a fork enters against the frame, is tapered and a wheel 19, 21 with its axis is positioned so that the periphery of the wheel projects outside the free end and partly on the side of the free the end.
According to another preferred embodiment, said wheels are 16 - 19; 21 - 24 along said side surfaces 13; 14 equidistant placed.
According to an essential embodiment, the number of wheels along a side surface is 13; 14 sufficient for a fork not to be able to come into contact with those parts of the guide rail 8; hz docwork ansökningstcxt.docx, 2010-0240 100023EN 10 15 20 9, which are located between the wheels.
Thus, in use, the two forks 27, 28 of the forklift truck are brought towards said channels 9, 10 between two adjacent guide rails 8, 9, as illustrated in figure 4. The distance between the guide rails is adapted to the distance between the forks so that the forks are guided towards the wheels when the forks inserted toward and into the channels, as indicated by the arrows in Figure 4.
The present invention solves the initially mentioned problem. In the event of severe wear of the wheels, these can easily be replaced at a cost that is considerably lower than the cost of replacing guide rails.
It is preferred that wheels 16 - 19; 21 - 24 are of polyurethane or equivalent polymeric material.
It is further preferred that the wheels have a diameter of 70 - 100 mm.
Exemplary embodiments have been described above. However, it is obvious that the invention can be varied. Thus, the number of wheels and their position can be varied as well as the shape of the guide rails.
The present invention should therefore not be construed as limited to the above embodiments, but may be varied within the scope of the appended claims. hz docwork ansökstcxt.docx, 2010-0240 100023EN
